Promotion Name: My Home Lottery – Valued At $1,000,000

Method of Entry: Entry is open to all Australian Residents (except NSW & ACT) and must be over 18 years of age. The entry is free to enter.
To Enter: Consumers must complete the entry form and place it in the entry boxes provided at participating locations or forward via post to My Rewards Australia, PO Box 152 Walkerville SA 5081 or you can complete the entry on line at our website www.myhomelottery.com.au. There is no limit to the total number of entries.
Duration of Promotion: The promotion commences at 12.00am (ACST) Monday 18th October 2021 and closes at 11.59pm (ACST) Friday 14th October 2022.
Details of Prize & Value: The first entry drawn will have the opportunity to win $500,000 cash and $500,000 towards a house and land package in South Australia (provided by My Property House Pty Ltd) by participating in game of chance where the first entry drawn will select 1 out of 100 lucky envelopes. 1 of the 100 lucky envelopes will have the $1,000,000 prize.
Conditions of Drawn Winner: The winner will be subject to the following conditions:
- There will be only one (1) attempt and will only be allowed to select (1) lucky pre seeded envelope
- The lucky envelope draw will be conducted on Friday 4th November 2022 at 12 noon (ACST) at Level 1, 49 The Parade Norwood SA 5067
- The draw will be organised and conducted in the presence of a qualified independent scrutineer who will also open all 100 envelopes after the attempt is completed to reveal the winning number (if not already chosen).
- The promoter will ensure the prize (if won) will be provided to the winner within 60 days after the lucky envelope draw.
- In the event of lock down due to COVID-19 the lucky envelope draw will be conducted via zoom still using the qualified independent scrutineer.
Total Prize Value: Total prize value is up to $1,000,000
Date, Time & Place of Draw: The draw will be conducted on Friday 21st October 2022 at 3:00PM (ACST) at Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000 and the draw will be conducted in the presence of a qualified independent scrutineer. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Friday 28th October 2022 at 3:00PM (ACST) at Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, Level 2, 11 York St, Sydney NSW 2000.
Results: The winner will be notified via mail and telephone on Friday 21st October 2022 and the name of the winner will be published on www.myhomelottery.com.au on Friday 21st October 2022. If the unclaimed prize draw is conducted the winner will be notified via mail and telephone on Friday 28th October 2022 and the name of the winner will be published on www.myhomelottery.com.au on Friday 28th October 2022.

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
